As we forecast last week, the snow is now coming down in Europe and it seems an appropriate time to let you know about “Know Before You Go”
This short, 15 minute film is a collaboration between the Utah Avalanche Center and the Colorado Avalanche Information Center who teamed up with Avalanche Canada, Backcountry Access, the American Avalanche Association, the American Institute of Avalanche Research and Education, the National Avalanche Center, Sherpas Cinema, Red Bull Media House, Brainfarm, and others to create this avalanche awareness film
It’s well worth watching, especially as we’re seeing snow dumping onto non-existent bases and powder fever is high!
