This is the first post of many where we bring you the up and coming movies for the 15/16 season
First we have ‘In Search’, a compilation of Kye Petersen’s 2014/2015 season, where he pushes himself in the unique backcountry terrain of Alaska and British Columbia with a fun, progressive and creative vision.
This short film covers a skier seeking adventures in deep backcountry areas on skis and showcasing a fun and innovative approach to riding all aspects of the mountain. From ski-touring and technical pillow lines, to hitting tricky natural hits and free riding deep spine lines or spending cold nights camped out in pursuit of remote peaks. This project will take a look into the all around progression of freeriding all types of backcountry terrain.
